Once you decide to move forward with the opportunity, we prepare you for an in-person interview with your possible employer.
We can do this because our advisors work closely with hiring managers, so we know what they are looking for.
Your advisor will give you interview tips and tricks so that you can ace that meeting and feel good doing it. In addition, we will review your resume with you to make sure it reflects your all of your skills and experience.
Feeling prepared and confident, you head to the employer’s interview site to meet with them in person.
This is when you feel the Percy advantage. You have the necessary materials ready to hand over, and you know what questions are heading your way.
After your interview, we check in with you to see how you feel.

Does Percy cost anything? Nope, Percy is completely free for our candidates. We are employed by our clients to help them find great Contact Center, Customer Services, and Business Development Representatives.
Does Percy offer temp jobs? Nope, just permanent positions. Once you are hired by one of our clients you are on their payroll and you are their official employee.
What kind of jobs can Percy help me find? We specialize in entry-level customer service and sales jobs.
Can I apply to other jobs and still work with Percy? Yes, we will never ask you to sign a contract with us.
Where is Percy located? We’re headquartered in Boston, Massachusettes, but we work nationwide.
