Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and assist prospective tenants with the leasing process from start to finish

• Maintain accurate records, process applications, and complete lease paperwork in a timely manner

• Assist with marketing efforts, including social media posts, listings, and on-site promotional events

• Help foster positive resident relationships, assisting with resident retention and community engagement

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of leasing experience

• Experience leasing Class C/D properties is a big plus  

• HighSchool Diploma or GED 

• Valid driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle

• Earn uncapped commission of up to $150 per lease  + $20-25/hr base pay
