Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform HVAC repairs, unit turns, and general maintenance at the property

• Complete work orders and service requests in a timely manner

• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants

• Participate in on-call rotation every other week

Qualifications and Skills

• 1+ years of property maintenance experience (apartment, hotel, senior living, or similar)

• EPA Universal Certification required; CPO preferred

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Must pass background check (no felonies or violent misdemeanors) and drug screening (does not test for marijuana)
