Responsibilities and Duties

• Organize back-office operations and support the property management team.

• Assist in marketing efforts, particularly through social media platforms.

• Manage leasing inquiries, conduct tours, and secure new leases.

• Ensure effective communication with current and prospective tenants.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of leasing or assistant property manager experience 

• Previous Student Housing Experience

• Experience marketing on social media.

Compensation and Perks

• Earn $24/hr + $5,500/yr on bonus
