Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to HUD and LIHTC regulations

• File claims and recertifications to recover funds from government programs

• Work closely with Project-Based Section 8 and LIHTC properties

• Stay updated on affordable housing regulations and ensure properties remain in compliance

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of using RealPage

• Experience conducting audits and submitting claims

• Knowledge of CHA, HUD, Project-Based Section 8, and LIHTC programs
