Responsibilities and Duties

• Resolve a wide range of work orders and maintenance-related issues

• Work closely with a small team of maintenance techs

• Provide a high level of service and support to tenants 

Qualifications and Skills

• 0.5+ years of maintenance, handyman, or construction experience

• Active driver's license and access to a vehicle

• Ability to pass comprehensive Background Check

• Previous Landscaping and snow removal experience

• Ability to perform housing-related maintenance tasks
