Candidates should be comfortable managing a team of maintenance technicians, overseeing property maintenance operations, and handling HVAC systems in an affordable housing setting. Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervise daily maintenance operations across a 254-unit affordable housing property

• Lead a team of 3 Maintenance Technicians and coordinate with regional/floating staff during project needs

• Oversee HVAC systems, preventative maintenance, unit turns, and REAC inspections

• Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in on-call rotation (one week per month)

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of maintenance leadership experience in residential or hotel property management

• Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills; EPA certification preferred (higher pay tier)

• Comfortable working in dynamic environments and with diverse populations; Spanish-speaking is a plus

• High school diploma or GED required
