This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a team-oriented environment and enjoys overseeing maintenance operations while also rolling up their sleeves to get the job done. If you're looking for a stable position with long-term career growth, this could be a great fit!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations across a property

• Lead and support a team of two maintenance technicians and one janitor

• Manage work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turns, and vendor coordination

• Perform hands-on maintenance repairs and participate in the on-call rotation
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a building maintenance supervisor

• EPA Universal Certification

• High school diploma/GED, valid driver's license, and access to a vehicle
