Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across four nearby properties (202 units total)

• Lead and support a team of two maintenance technicians and one janitor

• Handle work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turns, and vendor coordination

• Participate in on-call rotation and perform hands-on repairs as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of residential building maintenance supervisor experience

• EPA Universal/HVAC Certification required

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Excel and digital tools

• High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and access to a vehicle
