Responsibilities and Duties

• Resolve a wide range of work orders and maintenance-related issues

• Work closely with a strong team of maintenance techs

• Provide a high level of service and support to residents 

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of building maintenance experience

• EPA Universal or Type 2 Certification

• Available for a full-time schedule
