Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage a 100-unit LIHTC property

• Maintain and increase property occupancy and ensure compliance

• Improve resident satisfaction 

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of experience managing an affordable housing property 

• Previous Tax Credit experience is a plus

• Driver’s License and vehicle
